THE FALLACY OF PSALM 91 FOR CHRIST'S CHURCH.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR THE CHURCH THAT THE LORD EVER GAVE ME.

WHAT HAPPENED AT CHURCH THAT NIGHT..

Last night, the Lord told me to ‘go to church’. At the time, I was sitting at the kitchen table eating dinner. >Going to church was the last thing on my mind! I had not been to church regularly in 7 years. The last time I visited a church was early October, 2022. When I saw the ad brochures in the lobby for their upcoming ‘Halloween Party’, I left.

2020 had clinched the deal when the vast majority of churches in the USA closed on command. (I miss the fellowship of the saints; but can’t stand the rebellion.)

Last night, it took KNOWING that it was the Lord’s will for me to go to the 7 pm service, for me to actually go.

Before I tell you what happened.. let’s look at being ‘led’ of the Lord to do anything.

BEING LED OF THE LORD

The last time something like this happened, that is, I did something I had no inkling of doing - was August 4th, 1978, when Jesus told me to ‘Join the Army’.

In my 21 years, the idea of joining the military had never once crossed my mind in my life. But I joined. (IF HE says ‘go’, I don’t ask why .. I just go. Because if the LORD get’s involved - there’s always a reason! LEARN TO HEAR HIM!)

The service last night was forgettable…

I kept wondering why the Lord sent me to it. WELL.. It was the same sort of wondering why he said something that I experienced in 1982, as a cab driver (in my crazy youth) - driving a NYC Taxi Cab in a RECORD BLIZZARD !..(April 6, 1982).

At 4 AM after a full fatiguing night of rescuing stranded NYers..

..I was heading towards the 59th St. Bridge, on Manhattan’s East Side to go home - when suddenly, at the light on 2nd Ave, just before the Bridge, the LORD SPOKE audibly, pointed out 2 men there, and said to me- ‘PICK THEM UP’.

I obeyed, thinking I was getting a fare OVER the bridge! A blessing from God! Haha!

Not.

Turned out that my passengers were going in the opposite direction . (They wrecked their car in the snow, and had to get to work at UPS at 12th Avenue & 49th Street on theWEST side .)

After the long drive to UPS, 10 streets south, 12 avenues over, the guys paid the fare, thanked me and jumped out. I wondered the whole time.. ‘WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?’

IF it’s JESUS, remember Mary his mother said - ‘Whatever he says.. ‘DO IT’. Or as Arnold said ‘JUST DO IT!’ (But baby, you’d better KNOW his voice!)

The short story is that the Lord spoke again, and I finally wound up with a fare that took me to 36th Street, between 7th and 6th Avenue, where I found a 75 year old man (Walter Rhodes) buried in the snow - and saved his life¹.

(FRIEND, THIS SAYS A LOT ABOUT HOW THE LORD LEADS US; REMEMBER HE TOLD ABRAM ‘GO’, AND HE WENT OUT ‘NOT KNOWING WHERE HE WAS GOING’. JESUS DIDN’T TELL ME ‘THERE’S A GUY BURIED IN THE SNOW ON WEST 36TH STREET”.. HE LED ME THERE.. STEP BY STEP’..)

BEING SENT TO CHURCH LAST NIGHT,

I didn’t figure out the point of the nondescript service, and the dull disingenuous sermon, til later when I got home.

(This is how the ‘leading of the holy spirit’ works. As Isaiah said - ‘Precept by precept, Line upon Line’, ‘Here a little’ ‘There a little’.. . You get part of the picture, then as you allow him to clarify it, the whole thing starts to gel, and the puzzle becomes a picture. He RARELY explains everything in one fell swoop. He expects you to obey the first set of instructions, then more will come. Ask Abraham.)

The minister preached on Psalm 91..

On one hand saying the saints ‘ought to be OUT FRONT’, but on the OTHER HAND, teaching from the Psalm about ‘hunkering down, in place for safety.’

The 2 were immiscible.

HERES THE REVELATION THE LORD ULTIMATELY GAVE..

The Lord moved me (at home) to search for photos of Church web sites from 2020. I did a search - and found dozens and dozens of photos of churches all displaying the same 2020 web banner - PSALM 91.. PSALM 91… PSALM 91… ad infinitum.

Then Jesus reminded me of this video..

IN THIS FAMOUS VIDEO, ALL THE COMMENTATORS ARE ECHOING THE SAME WORDS RIGHT OFF THE STATE CUE CARD - ‘…this is DANGEROUS TO OUR DEMOCRACY’… ‘…this is DANGEROUS TO OUR DEMOCRACY’… ‘ and so on. SEE IT HERE:

The picture was gelling..

#1) Why did so many churches that closed in 2020 ALL CITE the SAME VERSE that Jesus never quoted, and never connected in any way to his church? Psalm 91!?

(People may think I have something against Psalm 91. I don’t have anything against any Word of God; but I DO PAY ATTENTION to → TO WHOM it is WRITTEN. For example, I don’t slaughter oxen and walk between them to get to God either..)

Psalm 91 was God’s word for a people and a time frame. Israel was in fear and unbelief - Read Psalm 90 FIRST.

Psalm 90 and 91 are a special pair. They demonstrate the FEAR and UNBELIEF and CONSEQUENCES of God’s anger, and then the KINDNESS God wishes to extend. It is a very special pairing, with ISRAEL’s watermark all over it.

The same is true of Isaiah 34 and 35. The SAME ‘Warnings’ and ‘Reasurrences’. These are addressed specifically to Israel.

They have NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS, except -‘for our learning’. (Romans 15:4)

• Israel had no INNER holy spirit power to protect them. As the Church has.

• They had no authority over the devil. As the Church has.

• AND THEY STILL DON’T.

Everything Israel had was physical. They had ‘Copies of heavenly things’.

THEIR COPIES, or TEMPLATES or SHADOWS were designed to show Israel what TO WATCH FOR- so that when the TRUE SUBSTANCE arrived, they would recognize it!²

‘For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.’ Romans 1:20

VIZ: Israel had:

• A physical Temple - (We have the Spiritual Temple of our bodies now where the Lord lives in us. I Corinthians 6:19)

• Animal sacrifice for remission of sins - (We have the ‘ULTIMATE sacrifice for all times - the Lamb of God - Jesus Christ - Romans 9:23)

• City walls - (We have Salvation for Walls - (Isaiah 60:18)

• Circumcision of the flesh - (We have circumsicion of the heart. Romans 2:29)

And so on.

Psalm 91 applied to ISRAEL.

IT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST.

It’s noteworthy that Psalm 91 is never cited in the New Testament concerning Christ’s Church;

Psalm 91 is never quoted in the New Testament at all, except… by satan; and in that case, it was cited for the same reason the US churches used it in 2020.. a false application for a FALSE result.

Jesus Christ recognized the WORD of GOD quoted to him by the devil (Luke 4) but denied its applicability to him!

#2) Why did churches in AFRICA - that DIDN’T CLOSE in 2020 - NOT CITE PSALM 91~!? They cited Luke 10:19!

Watch how this builds..

Did this verse in Luke 10:19 that Jesus DID GIVE to his disciples, give them the courage to do the right thing, to stay open, and to show themselves not ‘fearful’ as the world was in 2020?

^‘Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you’. Luke 10:19

Did you see how by applying the TRUTH that the Lord gave to his church, the African churches not only stayed open, they ran their services without FEAR.

A check of the photos of their 2020 services in Nigeria and Zambia, shows, they also didn’t ‘social distance’, and no one was wearing the ‘occultic masks’³.

LOOK AT THIS AFRICAN CHURCH IN 2020!!!….

WHY did the African churches have so much courage? Why were they not afraid?

Because they were ‘RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE SCRIPTURES’ ACCORDING TO THEIR PROPER APPLICATION.

The Lord said ‘NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HARM YOU’. How can Psalm 91:10 COMPARE?

^‘There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.’

Friend, don’t you see it? There is no comparison. The POWER is in Jesus’s promise in Luke! The not subtle suggestion of Psalm 91 was ‘YOU ARE SAFE ONLY AT HOME’.

So the saints in America masked up, and locked down, and the suicides and sicknesses began.

Masking and sedentary lock ups (which are occultic) are cited in the promotion of HYPOXIA (Dangerously reduced oxygen in the tissues and organs), not to mention hysteria and depression - all which suck the life out of the flesh.

The next 2 verses of this same Psalm say -

¹¹ For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

¹² They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.’

THAT’S WHAT SATAN QUOTED TO JESUS.. BUT JESUS KNEW THE APPLICATION WAS NOT FOR HIM. !!!

Do you see it?

In other words, in Psalm 91 - the saints are not reminded of their own POWER AND AUTHORITY over ‘ALL’ the WICKED POWERS of this WORLD - but are told they need God, or the angels to protect them.

In other words, they were just the same as the rest of the unbelieving world.

And the world saw it too.

The Year 2020 was the NADIR of the Church of God. It was the BLACK MARK of the ages, with only the SPANISH INQUISITION competing for worst place.

I hope you can see the difference now. It’s ALL the difference in the world.

Knowing OUR authority and OUR power means confidence and safety at ALL times.

Just as King David knew when he was RUNNING FORWARD to meet the giant. The men who hunkered down on the hill, were not safe. They were cowards, and cowards die a thousand deaths. (W. Shakespeare)

It is the BRAVE that get the protection, and the safety, and the REWARDS.

As the Philistine started forward to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him.

I Samuel 17:48

Hear it again - From the Lord’s mouth to your ears:

‘Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.’

The Lord took me to church that night, to show me all of this. He is hurting for his Church; that the ‘hireling ministers’ have made to be a cowardly shadow of its former greatness; which ministers he will whip with many stripes in that day.

But YOU can come out of hiding!

YOU CAN assume the MANTEL OF POWER - and again show the world what it means to be a SON OF GOD WITH POWER - OVER ALL THE EVIL OF THIS WORLD - KNOWING NOTHING CAN BY ANY MEANS HARM US.

KNOWING THIS FIRST, WE ARE AT THE END OF THE 11TH HOUR. MIDNIGHT IS FAST APPROACHING.
