What a beautiful testimony of God's provisions. I have to always remember that God is still the Almighty God even when my prayers are not answered.

My daughter's death rocked my faith in miracles. We had churches praying for Danielle's healing from the Hamptons, up and down the eastern sea board, South America, India, Africa, England, and Caribbean. It's a trying time for me but, I will never stop believing in Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I started to like that comment and then I decided I didn't like that comment ..it's too sad. I, my heart is wrenched for you. I've lost children in a different way and I have a very tiny family but I've never had to lose a child that I raised and loved. What if I let you in on a little secret... We don't have much longer to wait before we meet up with them, our loved ones, who are asleep in Christ and meet him in the air. You're going to see that in your lifetime. I know it for a fact.. Jesus asks us to 'stay with him 1 hour'. This is the HOUR of darkness. We're going to stay ..because when the time comes, our joy will be full and all tears will be wiped away forever.

I'll stay with you

Thank you for that message. I know He will come back in our life time, all the sign are there. I dreamed of this when I was just 18 years old. I remember running looking for my grandmother who had died, the green hills were opening . I hope it will be soon, very soon. Time is speeding up.

I am deeply sorry, there is no pain greater than losing a child.

I know God doesn't always answer our prayers. And I don't pretend to know why not.

But I do know that we can still love and trust Him, and we can cherish His truth.

When we praise Him anyway, and sing to Him, that allows the peace which surpasses all understanding to start settling into our hearts and souls.

💕 God is still the Almighty God... you are right. And you are in our daily prayers, that He guides you through to a place that none of us can imagine.

I have to disagree with you, Dr Aranda. God may not answer our prayers in the way that we want or in our timing, but He always answers with a yes, no, or wait. God’s ways are higher than ours and we may never understand His reasoning while we’re still on this earth.

What's even funnier... when we first bought the house, the sellers were crooks. They lied to us about the age of the furnace and the inspector glossed over the dangerous exhaust system. All 3 of us nearly succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning.. We finally discovered what the problem was, but we didn't have the money to buy a brand new furnace that winter (2017). We had only just bought the house! But we found a local company that allowed us to pay in increments.

The name of that company?...

"Savior Plumbing!!"

I found that out just before they left.. I saw the name on the truck and finally I went to them and asked them and sure enough..They named their company after the Lord!. I think that's too cool.! That's who God sent today!

Love this post! So wonderful! God is good…All the time. And on prayer…“We kneel how weak; we rise how full of power!

Why should we ever weak or heartless be,

Why are we ever overborne with care,

Anxious or troubled, when with us is prayer,

And joy, and strength, and courage are with Thee?”

Thank you for sharing and for this reminder of our GOOD GOOD FATHER’S promises and ability to give us more than we ask or imagine.

I'm glad you caught the message. How often we burn ourselves out trying to solve a problem that He could do for us, had we only 'practiced trusting him'. Trust comes with practice.. If the saints would just start small.. then the mountains also would move at our command!

PS.. I often think of the principle in Proverbs 4:12.. "The way will open up for us as we go forward'! (Which is how Joshua crossed the Jordan River at flood season).

God bless you Sandra!

Yes AND amen. And remembering that when we see it in others, that testimony is for us to see it is FOR US TOO!

You have not, because you ask not.
