I'm stuck in a rut here. I used to have a little camp up North, (after having huge vegetable gardens in the Adirondacks on my parents property, which was sold). My husband and I loved to garden. Since he died, and I don't drive or have the car anymore, I'm stuck in Montreal. Mind you, I love my place, but I feel my life is getting narrower by the month. I will have to sell my little place spring comes. God has different plans for us, sometimes they're just not very grandiose or liberating.

Hello, Sophie. I'll say this. I've heard an expression that 'We should grow where we are planted'... But I haven't seen that in the Bible. Rather I have seen people pick up and leave where they are. When the Lord opens the door and bears his arm and splits a river in half so they can cross on dry land... I see people go to new places.. called out of where they are, like Abraham and others.

I think what I'm trying to say is... ask the Lord where he wants you. He'll help you get there. It's going to be liberating.

Dear Victoria,

Bless the Holy Spirit, this is exactly what we all need to learn: being self-sufficient as GOD has intended it for us to be.

I'll watch the documentary soon, but it already sounds amazing!

Thank you so much for sharing, God bless!

Jumo.
