Do the Scriptures teach that Jesus Christ is GOD?

Jesus never said that he was God. On the contrary, he distinguished himself from the Father in multitudes of passages, by his confessions and his acts. Not the LEAST of WHICH was his ‘OBEDIENCE UNTO DEATH’.

Going to the cross took OBEDIENCE.

What is OBEDIENCE, but carrying out the will of another.

Indeed, in the Garden of Gesthemane, our Lord SWEATED drops of BLOOD for his emotional reaction to what lay before him, yet he declared;

‘NOT MY WILL FATHER, BUT YOURS BE DONE’ Luke 22:42

To suggest that Jesus was GOD, talking to HIMSELF< afraid of what he could CHANGE, but ultimately going forward with the plan, diminishes the incredible sacrifice of both God and Son.

Infact, when Peter rebuked the Lord, after he mentioned his upcoming crucifixion, Jesus REBUKED HIM BACK.. (This is for all of you who think God would never have sacrificed his own son.. believe me, I’ve heard this argument dating back to the 1980s..) saying:

Get thee behind me, Satan:

thou art an offence unto me:

for thou savourest not the things that be of God,

but those that be of men.

INTERESTINGLY, then Jesus showed his disciples, that the same level of WILLINGNESS to SACRIFICE would be expected of THEM..

‘If any man will come after me,

let him deny himself,

and take up his cross, and follow me.’

WHEN JESUS WENT TO THE CROSS, HE WAS DENYING HIMSELF AND DOING THE WILL OF HIS FATHER.

And from the time of John Baptist hitherto,

the kingdom of God suffereth violence,

and the violent take it by force.

Matthew 11:12

It is understood that it is the ZEALOUS AND PASSIONATE SAINTS that follow Christ’s example, and will EARN THE KINGDOM.

It CANNOT mean that the enemies of God ‘TAKE the Kingdom’, for our Lord himself said -

‘.. upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.’ Matthew 16:18

THE KINGDOM OF GOD, WAS NOT BUILD OF COWARDS, THE CHIEF OF THE COURAGOUS BEING JESUS the CHRIST.

WE OUGHT NOT TO DIMINISH HIS ACCOMPLISHMENT GOING TO THE CROSS FOR MANKIND, BY PRETENDING IT WAS just God after all.. No biggie.

THE ACCOMPLISHMENT WAS HUGE. IT COST CHRIST EVERYTHING. HE LAID IT ALL ON THE ALTAR FOR YOU AND ME, AND SUFFERED UNMERCIFULLY, WHICH IS WHY HE WAS.. HIGHLY EXALTED..

Therefore God has highly exalted him

and bestowed on him

THE name that is above every name, Philippians 2:9

To recognize Jesus as a man, the ONLY Begotten son of God, born of a woman, raised from the dead by GOD, highly exalted (not by himself but by GOD - and sitting forever at the RIGHT HAND of the THRONE OF GOD, DOES NOT DIMINISH HIM!

IT EXALTS HIM!

*That he was ‘in the beginning WITH God' is taught in many clear verses of Scripture. For first of all - Jesus is called the 'FIRST BORN OF ALL CREATION'. (Colossians 1:15) Meaning Jesus was created by God before anything else was created..

* Jesus is called the 'wisdom and power of God', thus would God have worked with Jesus to created all else - as it is written in Colossians - without him was nothing made.

* Jesus was with God as the 'let us' of the creation process.

* When asked by the Lord 'who do you say that I am'. Peter was commended for calling Jesus .. ‘Thou art the 'Christ - the SON of the living God'. Matthew 16:16

If Jesus were God, that was his opportunity to clear up the question. Instead he COMMENDED Peter saying:

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona!

for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee,

but my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN’.

* When he was called 'good', Jesus said, 'There is 'one good' that is God.' Mark 10:18

* Jesus distinguished between his will and the Father’s saying ‘For I came down from heaven, not to do MY OWN WILL - but the will of him that SENT me.’ Demonstrating 2 things - 1) They had their own minds, and desires, though Christ was obedient to His Father’s. 2) God SENT Jesus Christ to earth. He did not send himself.

*When he ascended up into to heaven, the Lord sat on the RIGHT HAND of God. (Mark 16:19) Can you sit at your own side? To suggest as much is to make mincemeat of language. (Or foolishness of the Scriptures which has always been the Cannanite plot vested in the Roman Church, whose lies are manifest to this day, and whose declaration of Jesus as GOD, started with a counsel of men at Nicea, Turkey.)

* GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD. IF he could raise HIMSELF, then he was not dead.. IF he did not 'die' and the Scriptures are a lie and we are yet in our sins.

* To be SAVED we are commanded to believe that GOD HATH RAISED HIM From the dead'. (Romans 10:9 & 10) Scripture never suggests that he raised himself'.

* THE CRUX OF THE MATTER WITHOUT TRANSLATION DIFFICULTIES: Jesus said 'He who believes in me, the works that I did he shall do also'. John 14:12

THIS Is the bugaboo with people who believe Jesus was God: How can we what GOD can do? We cannot.

Therefore, people who believe Jesus was GOD, do NO mighty works; (Catholic Church, Methodist Church, Baptist Church, Lutheran Church, and most of the ministries in the USA - They manifest no power, because John 14:12 becomes impossible to believe.

IN FACT, IT IS FOR THIS LIE - THAT JESUS IS GOD ALMIGHTY - THAT LEADS CHRISTIANS TO BE OBEDIENT TO THE JESUITS THAT CREATED IT, and THAT LED THE CHURCHES TO CLOSE IN 2020 AT THE COMMANDMENT OF MEN, PUTTING A BLACK MARK ON CHRISTIANITY THAT IS MATCHED ONLY BY CHRISTIAN SUPPORT OF THE SATANISTS IN ISRAEL.

JESUS is GOD is taught in all of the mainstream Churches, along with WATER BAPTISM. Because they have ALL been infiltrated by hirelings and infidels, the agents of the devil.

This is why 99% of Christians are powerless, and the authority Christ gave us sits as if hidden like a talent underground.

FINALLY the clearest of all verses on the subject is this:

'THERE IS ONE GOD,

AND ONE MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND MAN,

THE MAN JESUS CHRIST'.

• Jesus is the CHRIST, the SON of the LIVING GOD., ‘

• He DIED for us, and GOD HATH RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD.

• HE ASCENDED INTO HEAVEN AND SITS AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE FATHER.

• NO MAN HAS SEEN GOD AT ANY TIME¹. (Have they seen Jesus?)

• HE IS COMING AGAIN, AT A TIME THAT ONLY GOD KNOWS. JESUS HIMSELF SAID THAT GOD ALONE HAS PUT THE TIMES IN HIS POWER.

• CHRIST CALLED OUT - AND EMPOWERED A CHURCH OF DISCIPLES TO DO EVERYTHING THAT HE DID., LEAVING A SPIRIT OF POWER THAT IS UNLEASHED BY A HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM - SO THAT HIS CHURCH WOULD BE - AS HE WAS IN THIS WORLD.

That his Church has failed miserably - has everything to do with the lie that Jesus is GOD Himself.

It has meant generations of ‘Christians’ who have sat around waiting for GOD to move when there is a crisis, rather than BRING DOWN STRONGHOLDS as we were empowered and taught to do.

It has meant generations of ‘Christians’ who idly sit around waiting for CHRIST to return, imaginging their job is just to go to church and sit orderly in pews - being taught their whole lives, rather than hit the streets with power’.

THIS IS WHY CHURCHES DISOBEYED GOD IN 2020 AND CLOSED ON THE COMMANDMENT OF THE JESUITS.

• IF YOU HAVE NEVER CARRIED OUT THE GREAT COMMISSION, OF MARK 16, BY BEING BAPTIZED IN HOLY SPIRIT -

• AND SPEAKING IN TONGUES,

• AND EVICTING DEMONS,

• AND HEALING THE SICK,

• IF YOU HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT OF ACTS 1:4,5,8; JOHN 7:39 AND LUKE 3:16 & 17,

THEN YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE WILL OF GOD WHO SENT JESUS, AND OUGHT TO CONSIDER WITH GREAT CARE MARK 16:16 WHICH SAYS -

‘He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be CONDEMNED.’
