I am going to begin a series of messages about healing - so you can understand why we get sick, (a critical point) and then how to get well.
THIS MESSAGE IS ABOUT - ‘HOW TO GET WELL’. YES - YOU CAN TRY THIS YOURSELF AT HOME.
This first message will be the amazing story of a young man who had been sick for years with ulcerative colitis, who came recently for a visit, and left my house totally healed. In one day.
FOREWARD
In 44 years, I have personally been involved with cures for a wide variety of diseases. The list of total cures just for myself includes: Scoliosis, Bulimia, Prader Willi Syndrome, Tinea Versicolor, Migraine headaches, Lower Back pain, Stiff necks, Osteoarthritis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Bronchitis, oh.. and covid19.
It’s been a tremendous education.
Here’s the kicker - With these ailments, I did not submit to one medication, or one surgery, or any medical treatment at all, (other than chiropractic1) for any one of them. Yet I was totally delivered from all of them. Totally.
Who am I to teach you about health? I’ve been a medical researcher 44 years now, and my research is sound. How sound? This is me now, (above) at 66 years of age (Pic taken January 24th, 2023) having no ailments, no diseases, no sicknesses, no stiffness, no pains, no veins, no doctor treatments in 42 years and no meds. (I.e... NO med bills2 - Zero. > I enjoy perfect health. This is my resume. Praise God!
But this system I am about to show you, is not just for me. My household practices the same way and all get the same results. My 24 year old son has not been sick in 18 years. (He got over Measles and Chicken Pox at age 4 and 6, respectively, and hasn’t had so much as a cold since). His dad (my ex) smokes a pack a day - but still follows the guidelines I taught him, and hasn’t been sick once since 2006.3
Finally, I have helped many people enjoy deliverance from disease the same way I have, that is, through the living and real ministry of the King - Jesus Christ - whose power is still present to heal. Do you know my Lord?
How do I help other people to get well?
Sometimes, yes, by ministering healing to them, as the Lord taught his disciples to. But, more often - and more importantly - by teaching the Bible’s profound truths about the principles of healing - so that people can PREVENT sickness, and keep themselves well to begin with!
(You see friend, what good does it do you to find a minister to pray for you - if you don’t learn how to eliminate sickness? What are you going to do when that minister is not in town when you’re sick again? Wouldn’t it be better to learn the keys to prevention and deliverance that Jesus Christ himself taught?
Jesus never taught men so that they would keep needing his help. He taught disciples so that they would ‘go and minister to others’.. who would then be able to teach yet OTHERS.. (What a world this could be if men really believed the Gospels.)
The tremendous 20th Century healer - T.L.Osborne used to teach that the man of every household should be the person in charge of all healing and deliverance for his family. He was absolutely correct! If more ministers taught what Osborne taught, and what I’m about to teach you - there would never have been a ‘covid pandemic’.
The MAIN principle of healing is knowing that sickness is not a natural condition of man to be regularly expected in life. Sickness and disease are NOT inevitable.
Disease is NOT a condition of age, or genetics. But, in this parallel universe of ours, sickness and disease of the flesh, is God’s way of pointing out sickness of the spirit. It’s called ‘sin’.
The rooting out of the SIN - IS the rooting out of the cause of the sickness.
(One of the clearest lessons from the Bible on the relationship between sickness and sin - is in John chapter 5, where the Lord told the man he’d healed of paralysis - ‘Behold you are well, now go and SIN no more, lest a worse thing come upon you’. Could he have made it any clearer?
So, now you’re like.. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE YOUNG MAN?
Before I tell you about Anthony, the point was to teach you HOW he got healed. And then I’ll tell you his wonderful short story. Because I want YOU to achieve his results.
KNOWING THIS FIRST - The Lord God has 3 methods of healing.
Here they are - in their order of preference. #1 is the BEST way to be delivered from anything. It is the LORD’s preferred step. I know because it’s how I got over every single thing I listed above.
REPENTANCE ! - Repentance is the act of going to the Lord and asking him ‘Where did I sin?’, Where did I miss it?’ Then when he shows you, you REPENT - which means to ‘turn away from that sin’ - be truly sorry for it - and NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Any one of these 3 may also be used together with another. They are not mutually exclusive, but work in harmony. In fact, we used the first TWO steps to heal Anthony. His instant healing was not so much miraculous, as perfunctory. Like painting by the numbers, or cooking with a recipe - you follow the steps and you get the results.
ANTHONY
Anthony came to visit for a week. I didn’t even know he was sick. He ate at local restaurants, and chose food that would not disturb his painful colitis. He had come for a Bible class, the subject of sickness had not yet come up. It wasn’t till the end of his stay that he told me about the ulcerative colitis that he suffered. I think he expected me to pray over him - as so many people in the church think is the way to get healed. Is there anything wrong with that? Well, yes. Sure, it’s Biblical. But like I said before, too many people are left in the lurch because they can’t find someone to pray for them, or they ‘missed the meeting’ of a visiting minister - or what have you. The problem is they don’t know how to heal themselves - or prevent sickness - which are the MAIN points the Lord taught. Jesus Christ never sent out 12 men, and expected them to do all the work.. Next it was 70, and then 3,000.. Where did this principle go?)
(This very thing has happened here before. In 2021 a couple came to visit thinking I was going to minister healing to Stephen - who was suffering unmercifully for 15 years with Lyme Disease. (His family was also suffering unmercifully for his affliction. It got to where he was suicidal). They also came to me, and the man also left here delivered. Because I prayed for him? No. Because while he was here, he learned how to deliver himself by the power of God - in the name of power - Jesus Christ of Nazareth.) I’ll tell Steve’s story soon. Let’s return to Anthony…
When I found out Anthony was suffering from Ulcerative Colitis for many years, I prayed about it, and asked the Lord what UC was about. This was the first time I had encountered Ulcerative Colitis in someone. The Lord gave me 5 questions to ask him, to root out the cause of the disease. The FIRST question on the list NAILED it!
Question #1 - “Is there anyone in your life that you are harboring anger towards - that you have not forgiven - especially over a long period of time..?”
We never got to question number 2.
Anthony had a long list of people who he was angry at. (I know the feeling - I had to do myself - what I was about to have him do…) I made him sit down, (As I learned from Pastor Bob Phillips about 25 years before) and make a list of the names of any and all people he was angry at - and then - one by one - forgive them.
WHY is this SO IMPORTANT?
BECAUSE, IT’S A COMMANDMENT OF THE LORD.
Do you remember the Lord’s prayer that he taught to his disciples.. ‘…and forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who have sinned against us’… Matthew 6:12
If you think Jesus was saying that lightly, listen to verse 15:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
He said the same thing twice, to make sure you didn’t miss it.
You see, a Christian who wants God to forgive them (so they can go to heaven) but won’t forgive others - is the height of hypocrisy. (See Matthew 18 for clarity)
Here’s what Pastor Bob Phillips taught about forgiveness of others.. ‘We don’t forgive people because they necessarily deserve it. We forgive them because it’s a COMMANDMENT of the LORD. We forgive them because of our REGARD FOR HIM. We forgive them to OBEY HIM’. (Which releases us from the physical punishments of unbelief. (See Matthew 18:34, for clarity’). Yes, they will STILL be judged for whatever wrong they did to you - by the RIGHTEOUS judge (That would be GOD - not you.)
So, Anthony faithfully filled out the list - and faithfully forgave all men (and a few women) their sins that they’d committed against him…
…and Anthony was set free.
FREE from YEARS of the burning inside of himself.
FREE to live and love again!
And as it turned out - FREE TO EAT ANYTHING HE WANTED! HAHA.
HE WAS DELIVERED FROM ULCERATIVE COLITIS, BY OBEYING THE LORD GOD’S COMMANDMENT.
Yes, I prayed for him, but it was his obedience that won Anthony his cure, and is guaranteed to win him REWARDS as well!
But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.’ Hebrews 11:6

Chiropractic helped reduce pain, but did not ‘heal’ anything.
I have never had medical insurance. I estimate I have saved over $100k in medical insurance costs over the course of my adult life. (I thank God I’m a US military veteran, so that when Obama made coverage compulsory, I was exempt. ) I pay out of pocket for eyeglasses and the random visit for ‘stitches.’ (3x in 44 years) Nor do I have ‘Medicare’. When the invitations come in the mail, I throw them in the garbage.
I’M the only one in this house who caught covid, because it’s a demon spirit, and in 2022, after 3 years of wearing no masks, I came in close contact with a man dabbling in the occult, and ‘caught’ covid from him. I put myself at risk. But I self treated the same way I always do, (by the prayers of people who know how to pray) and was delivered in 2 weeks. The episode will be the subject of a very interesting upcoming post.
