The Rapture of the Church. PART II ....... THE PURSUIT OF TRUTH

100 years ago, the great Bible researcher, E. W. Bullinger warned that satan’s chief sphere of activity was in religion. That his influence was not in crime or immorality, but in the unbelief of the human heart.

Bullinger wrote:

We are not to look for satans activities in the police courts alone, but in the pulpits and professors’ chairs”.

The best evidence that satan has successfully moved in the churches for generations, is found in the DIVISIONS in the body of Christ.

If the Scripture is true¹, if there is; one body, one spirit, one faith, one Lord, one baptism, one God and Father above all, surely one denomination was the intention of God. When disagreements ocurred between the apostles - it was always - for a lack of knowledge. In some cases, where an apostle failed to teach the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, he was not seen again in the Bible records.

In one case, an angel sent Philip to the desert to witness to a high ranking eunuch. After which, the holy spirit eliminated him from further missions, because Philip offered the eunuch the wrong baptism². So, we don’t hear from Philip again save for learning he continued preaching, until stopping in Caesarea…(Acts 8:40)

The same happened with Apollos in Acts 18, where the ‘great orator’ -also- ‘knew only the baptism of John’³. So, the Lord graciously sent 2 disciples to him, Aquila and Priscilla, to bring him up to speed. Then the Lord sent Paul⁴ to correct Apollos’ errant message, and get the born-again disciples of Ephesus - that Apollos had been teaching → baptized in the holy spirit.⁵

It’s not a crime to have doctrinal error, but error has limitations.. and implications.

The Word of God is perfect. Every word, every record in it; Perfect… recorded for a purpose. We need to so respect this → greatest work of God, ‘HIS WORD’ → that He HIMSELF ‘magnified above His own name’,..

I will worship toward Thy holy temple,

and praise Thy name for Thy lovingkindness and for Thy truth,

for Thou hast magnified THY WORD above all Thy name.’ Psalm 138:2

..that we study it diligently - CAREFULLY - to show ourselves approved as ‘workmen’ -

‘Be diligent to shew thyself approved unto God,

a workman that needeth not to be ashamed,

→rightly dividing the word of truth.’ II Timothy 2:15

HOW ARE WE APPROVED? AS ‘WORKMEN Of THE WORD OF GOD’.

Were the saints to work the Word of God diligently, putting away preconcieved notions, things they ‘thought they knew,’ or the ‘teachings and traditions of men’, and allowed the Spirit of Truth to teach them personally, division in the Church would be gone.

Finally; Learning truth requires humility.

The Lord gives grace to the humble and resists the proud. He gives TRUTH and KINGDOM SECRETS to those who pursue them..

Consider in the Gospels:

• The multitudes never found truth because they didn’t pursue it.⁶

• The Pharisees never found truth, because of their arrogance.⁷

THE RAPTURE:

This doctrine of the Rapture is very serious topic in the Bible. WHY?

God took pains to let men know to expect his son from heaven the first time. And His Word is full of reference to the Glorious appearing for his CHURCH the next time. We ought to spend TIME searching out the Scriptures to see if this is so.

If not the least reason, because of those we will be leaving behind. Knowing that this ‘carrying away’ (Gr. Harpagesometha - to be SNATCHED away) will happen, should be enough to spark us to action in evangelizing others, and teaching them even about the Rapture. As I am doing now..

Because the WORLD means to make our departure appear to be an alien kidnapping, with spaceships coming to take men away. (Didn’t they just show us the spaceships in New Jersey?)

You see, even the devils know the Bible. They have been preparing their ‘alien from other planets’ fable, for even longer than the covid19 hoax. Our job is to prepare everyone to know the truth, so that when the trumpets sound, and the Church leaves, the people of earth turn to the Scriptures and learn of him. That’s the only way anyone will ‘endure to the end’, and in so doing, get saved.

THE 1ST CENTURY JEWS DID NOT RECOGNIZE JESUS WHEN HE CAME THE FIRST TIME,→BECAUSE THEY DID NOT KNOW THE SCRIPTURES.

THE 21ST CENTURY SAINTS ARE NOT READY FOR JESUS’ RETURN FOR HIS CHURCH FOR THE SAME REASON → IGNORANCE OF THE SCRIPTURES.

THERE ARE 3 PREMISES UPON WHICH THE HOLY SPIRIT TAUGHT ME THE TRUTH OF THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH

1. The Scriptures that specifically mention it.

2. The Old Testament Records that MIRROR it.

3. Revelations from the Lord himself, confirming these aforementioned things - occurring with more and more frequency.

One such revelation is a countdown clock.

In the last half year, every time I am moved to look at the time, I see a number from a series that begins with a reference to the number 17 - from the verse - ‘.. the SEVENTEENTH day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.’⁸..

I will happen to look and see #17, or 27, or 37, or 47, either on a clock, my phone, a car in front of me, the food dehydrator, the dishwasher digital clock.. I just looked down.. It’s 8:27pm.

1. This week I was shown by the Spirit - that the return of the Lord will be with him as the ARCHON - (Greek meaning ‘RULER’) This very specific name for Jesus Christ appears 37 times in the Gospels.

2. Donald Trump is the 47th president; which number earmarked him at the contrived assassination attempt. (More on that HERE).

3. Finally, lately there has been a series of surprising revelations that I’ve never seen before. I’ll address them in a later post. First, let’s examine the Scriptures that talk about the Church looking for his glorious appearing.

After I wrote all this, I went into the kitchen for tea; The stove clock that does not tell the correct time.. said ‘8:37pm’. And right now, as I look down it is ‘9:27’pm. (I caught it a second too late)..

The Return clock is ticking..
