As anyone in the marketing industry knows, it’s not enough to have a mousetrap. You need to market the trap so that not only does everyone know it exists, but they must believe it is the only trap that works; And then you must seed their community with mice. Then you must show lots of pictures of mice flooding the area, in all forms of news media.
Than you must show children getting bitten by mice. And then, the final andmost important step is - to tell everyone that you have ‘only a few boxes of mousetraps left’…”
WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF SCARCITY SELLING
As Dr. Suzanne Humphries pointed out, in her important book, Dissolving Illusions Disease, Vaccines, and the Forgotten History, “Motivating to vaccinate is a ritual PSYOP of the CDC, which uses the media relentlessly to foment fear of, for example - the flu.”
Just such a program happens to have been created for the CDC by Glen Nowak, PhD1, in a presentation entitled Planning for the 2004 – 2005 influenza Vaccination Season: A Communication Situation Analysis: (If it sounds like a sitcom…)
So, in their own words the CDC needs to apply a ‘RECIPE’
A recipe that fosters interest in, and demand for - an influenza vaccine.
All of us moms know what a recipe is.
You take select ingredients and combine them just right
to cook up something everyone can swallow.
‘Vaccination demand - so Dr. Nowak teaches a CDC audience - is related to heightened concern, anxiety, and worry. A perception that ‘many people are falling ill;’ (In other words, the perception is more important than the reality, and may need to be contrived.)
And let’s not overlook a ‘perception of vulnerability’. People need to be made to believe that ‘they too’ are vulnerable.

“Media stories’, creating motivating levels of concern.”
They could be selling timeshares. This is nothing more than a Madison Avenue ad campaign to ‘jack up’ the ‘perception’ of a ‘desperate need’.
Why not let reality do that? (Oops. You would need a real threat for that.)
I mean, can you imagine how healthy we’d all be, if this sort of energy and time went into helping people to develop a sound immune system?
These posters stress the importance of inducing - ‘worry, anxiety, and concern’.

The CDC presenter is suggesting a recipe to foster ‘interest and ‘demand’ for flu vaccines. Why not just make a safe product that works??
OK - How do you generate interest, and demand in an untested vaccine for flu, when the flu and the shots by themselves can’t?

By CONTINUOUS REPORTING from health officials and the media
Having them report that the flu is causing severe illness and/or affecting a lot of people –
By fostering the perception that many people are susceptible to a bad case of the flu.
By provide PICTURES OF CHILDREN… suffering..
By showing photos of IMPACTED FAMILIES.
By showing Videos / and tangible examples of TRUSTED PEOPLE getting vaccinated – to motivate the HERD to vaccinate.
Refer to, CONTINUALLY, and discuss PANDEMICS – along with continual reference to the importance of vaccination.
By generating a feeding frenzy suggesting there AREN’T ENOUGH VACCINES to go around.
And by identifying pockets of the population who get to be ‘FIRST IN LINE to receive’.
Pandemics and vaccines.
They go hand in hand. Like a horse and carriage. The only thing is where is the cart? and where is the horse? Which comes before the other?
The 1918 pandemic could never have gotten off the ground without vaccinating soldiers and then civilians.
The covid19 pandemic was marketed like NOTHING else in the history of Madison Avenue, yet it never did get off the ground. So, now the big push is to get everyone vaccinated → to be sure it finally does.
Is any of this ringing bells?

Let’s follow Dr. Nowak’s vaccine sales strategy and see how well it’s panning (no pun intended) out.
By continuous reporting from health officials and the media (check) We’ve seen the continuous reporting; At last count, the mention of covid in media, email platforms, shops and store windows, news coverage, blogs, highway signs, and internet chatter, now exceeds 9,000,000,000 mentions. But who’s counting? Are people aware of covid? To the last man on the planet. Elvis never got this much press. That’s some advertising for a sickness that doesn’t exist except in the approved patent files of the PTO.
Having them report that the flu is causing severe illness and/or affecting a lot of people. (check) This bullet needs no help from me. Everywhere we look there are hysterical reports of numbers, overwhelmed hospitals, new cases by the thousands; and daily reports of ‘victims by the numbers. It’s a numbers game that reminds me of the last election -where more people voted than were alive at the time. Now we have more people dying of covid that were alive at the time.
By fostering the perception that many people are susceptible to a bad case of the flu. (check) The mask and social distancing signs are on every store in the USA. The ‘perception that all of us are susceptible to a bad case of the flu is being well, I think they’ve overstated their case – don’t you? East Germany didn’t do it better. People on ‘mask patrol’ are everywhere. The unpaid, unofficial, thankless surging crowds of religious police checking for mask infractions is a whole new national enterprise. Check.
By provide pictures of suffering children, suffering families. (check) We covered this in the Covid Crisis Actor chapter. Some people are getting paid to show suffering that is not related to covid. Other people ARE suffering. But not because of sickness, because they’ve lost jobs, lost businesses, homes, and any semblance of normalcy. There is a great deal of suffering going on. The pictures accordingly abound.
Refer to, continually, and discuss PANDEMICS – along with continual reference to the importance of vaccination. (check) Since January 2020, the most oft repeated word in the world is ‘PANDEMIC’. You couldn’t forget it if you tried. It’s almost the first word out of every mouth on every channel, in every town and county. Check! (With ‘covid19’, and ‘covid vaccine’ coming in a close second and third.)
Then PUSH THE PANIC BUTTON… SCARCITY SCARCITY! OH MY!!

Ø Inducing ‘worry, raised anxiety, and concern’, means more than just convincing people that they are vulnerable to the illness. To propel the population to the shots, they need to convince everyone that:
Ø The illness is deadly; (check)
Ø That only a vaccine will work; (check)
Ø Then create the impression of a ‘supply shortage’; (check)
Ø Thereby inducing panic; (check)
Ø Creating a population that is ENVIOUS of anyone ahead of them online; and desperate to get in line themself. (check)
This is done in 2 ways:
Not only are there the occasional fact of shortages, but instead of being quietly handled to quell panic, shortages are loudly publicized. This is a sales tactic. Ever heard of a FIRE SALE? or BLACK FRIDAY - where there’s just ONE TV marked down 50%?

Then the CDC teacher taught - It’s better to have the demand.. to have the vaccine sitting on the shelves even if there are lines and queues, than to have people not wanting to sign up to take them’..
Read that quote again,
‘It’s better to have a short supply, and panicked

Glen Nowak is Chief of Media Relations at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and acting Director of the Division of News and Electronic Media. Formerly he was a professor of advertising and communications at the University of Georgia.
This is what the CDC is spending public funding on (read tax dollars). Not on making a safe and effective drug that will sell itself, but on marketing the drugs the CDC has in the lineup, no matter how safe or effective any of them are.
