How I wish I could tell you that I was part of a group. Rather, I have been isolated for years, and where I visited churches in my area, I finally gave up on them, disillusioned by all the unbelief. (Especially following the divoc/covid hoax,)
The good news is that occasionally I run a Bible class that I took myself in the 1970s. It's the best class ever made. It's a long class. It takes minimum 5 days to get through. I would say 7 at the least because it's 36 hours long, but here's what's interesting...
Some ladies came up from South Carolina and took the class this summer. When they went back to South Carolina they met 2 types of people; 1 a group that completely resisted the Bible truths that they had learned. But the other group was people who came out of the woodwork, who said "Yes!, I have known that my whole life but was afraid to say anything." So miracle of miracles, they're forming their own Bible groups with solid believers that they didn't know they had in their midst.!
Anyone reading the article in their email wouldn't see this link Victoria posted in the article on substack itself. I went and double checked after she mentioned she had in response to my question.
So, the link to the GeorgeMuller.org web site listing of this article, is provided in the beginning of the Stack. The Gospel Liberty publication is where the story first appeared over 100 years ago. It would take a while to find it, in the 800+ pages of the publication, but it's provided for both historic and spiritual interest.
I'm not in a 'group' related to Muller, but I have been learning about Muller and learning 'from George Muller' for nearly 50 years. I am the blessed owner of an original copy of a 100 year old biography of Muller's life, that was a gift from God in the 1980's, when I came across the treasure in a Manhattan used book store. 'George Muller of Bristol', was written in 1899 by Arthur T. Pierson, himself a Godly man.
I can recommend the web site - www.georgemuller.org, which has a wealth of tremendous articles from men who knew Muller.
Thank you, I didn’t notice the link, but did a search after finding the info on the Herald of Gospel Liberty, and am downloading several them now.. Pretty awesome to come across an original copy.
So what group is it that you work with then, and is there affiliation possibly in my area?
I tried to reach you at your proton email before your class, but none of the emails would go through and I tried several ways through both my yahoo and proton .me account and got mailer daemon returns, so then tried responding back through the email as I’ve been able to contact other writers that way. I didn’t think a proton .com account was right, but it said you could create that option for additional accounts, so not sure why they wouldn’t go through. Travel is just not an option for me beyond a day due to pets and no one feasible to watch them for various reasons.
No apologies necessary, but I did try it with the me from both yahoo and proton too. I had a long detailed email initially detailing more about my personal journey and interest in what you were describing as I'd come across many churches growing up, even one who used the Dake bible. I'm a Matthew 6 practitioner which I've none one seems to understand, as I don't trust religions especially all those tied to the 501C3s knowing the Vatican holds sway over Corporations especially EVERY government one through the Air jurisdiction (another subject completely I know but related).
I am interested in learning more about your practices but reading or watching about them on video isn't the same as being there to witness them. I wish I could've attended your class, but it is just not possible for me to leave for even overnight as I have one cat who will only go to the bathroom outside, and is disastrous otherwise. So I ask again if there's a local connection here in Minnesota possibly?
I have the Finnis Jennings Dake Bible also. And love it. I think to answer you , I may post a listing of the great men of God - in books and tapes - who have influenced my life. Watch for that. Meanwhile, by all means share your email if you wish.

So I found this on George Müller with many free PDF downloads concerning his work and faith.

Praise the Lord for saints that believe His Word. Love this!
Amen! 🙏
Beautiful story of true faith!
You ended with Herald of gospel liberty, Volume 102, Issues 27-52
I'm not sure if what the reference is to as it covers several issues?
I didn't see any mention to either Muller or Inglas in the Table of contents in Issue 27 here, so curious why you referenced those particular issues?

If anyone wants them here's the catalog on Internet Archive and seem to be downloadable with a free account.

So is the group you work with related to Mueller?
Might there be any of reference here in Minnesota?

I probably wrote the address wrong. Then that's my plaplate spinning at work!
The address ends with .me
My sincerest apologies, since you're probably not the only one who has been side railed.
