Great article!

I've read some things about Hindu kundalini energy. It's said to be like a serpant coiled at the base of your spine. It's said to be dormant until activated, as by the regular practice of yoga, meditation and other Hindu practices. I believe this is what happened to Miriam.

Additionally, we all need to be careful of anything that can put us in an altered state, including meditation and certain kinds of music.

Many churches are now advocating "breath prayers". There's no Biblical basis for this. If you are in one of these churches, I urge you to warn the head pastor about the dangers and occult origins of this and if that person won't listen, RUN, DON'T WALK, away.

Unfortunately, there are other activities some churches push that can put you in spiritual jeopardy. Prayer labyrinths. "Christian meditation" where they encourage you to repeat a word or phrase over and over, which tends to put you into an altered state, allowing demons to enter. These are 2 that come readily to mind.
