IF healing comes to any human being apart from dealing with any and all unresolved sin issues via recognizing the sin, taking responsibility for it and repenting for it, that healing has come from the only OTHER kingdom it could possibly come from. Any attempt at healing using alternative remedies is an attempt to bypass the penalty of the curse.
Yes. and no. Jesus did not always point out sin. Why? Because the sin may have been a once in a lifetime event. It may have been covered already. Sickness starts in sin, but may end without always addressing the specific sin that started it. Meaning, it may already have been covered, and repented of. That said, if someone is sick, and they go to doctors instead of the Lord, they may suffer the same consequences as Asa, and be dead in their sins. Doctors can't forgive sins. Making their use - a study in false security and eternal error. Yes.
