That’s my hand holding my brother’s arm. George lives in adult assisted living (his whole life just about) in Syracuse, NY. (My dad put him up here in a ‘home’, after my mom died tragically.) I found out yesterday that George was bitten by a spider. Today I went to see him and sprayed topical Chlorine Dioxide into his wound. Any of you who are familiar with CD and insect bites, feel free to weigh in. I have used CD before for infected insect bites on people, to great success. But I”m open to learn what else I might. George’s lower arm has - hands down (no pun intended) the worst bite I’ve ever seen. Yes, I gave him a dose to drink too; but continuing that as required is problematic in a place like his residence. (Or any allopathic treatment facility). I wound up giving him a thermos of cold prepared CD).
Of course I prayed for his arm, and body, and I know that he will heal. Because of the seriousness of his wound, I’m just looking for all the information I can accumulate quickly. It disturbs me, for example, that his ‘facility’ did not take him to a hospital; On the other hand, at the hospital they might have vaccinated this man when his body is already under assault.
There’s just no simple answer for people in the grip of the Allopathic medical community - as this man has been his whole life. George is blind and epileptic, and has been on many medications his whole life. What a trap that is.. That Christians fall into just as much as the next guy. I read a minister’s book in which he said ‘doctor’s are there for when our faith fails’. That’s not true. Doctors are nothing but voodoo practitioners from Egypt and have no place in healing and deliverance. If I can avoid them my whole life, as sinful as I used to be.. anyone can. I learned obedience and with it came total deliverance and perfect health..
But read my note about the book ‘Dancing on the Edge of the Earth’. In it, William talks about witch doctors a lot. People go to them when they’re sick; they pay them a lot of money, get well temporarily- later get more sick than they were before - return to the witch doctors, pay more money - get well temporarily, but later get even more sick than they were before.. If that doesn’t remind you of white coats and allopathic medicine…?
OK. Tell me what you know about CD for badly infected spider bites. A lot of you are well versed by now!
Godspeed,
Victoria
I would guess, given his current living quarters and geographic location, that it's more likely strep or staph which can mimic a bite from brown recluse or black widow spider. I live in the lower midwest so brown recluse awareness is required knowledge as they are quite prevalent in this area and in the south. It's unlikely that they have migrated to the northeast (on their own), but anything is possible these days, I reckon.
I pray that you find the answers you're looking for, in the meantime, with the Mouth of Jesus Christ, command that spirit of infirmity to leave your brother, a child of the Most High God, through the Power and Authority in the Name above all names! Jesus the Christ! Amen!
Victoria, how certain is the brown recluse diagnosis? From the photo that could certainly by from a brown recluse bite. There are a number of other possible causes for a necrotic ulcer like that. As previously mentioned a number of bacterial infections or fungal infection s can present similarly. Less often autoimmune or vascular conditions. Certainly CD would work for bacterial or fungal.
