‘Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.’ Micah 2:1
I’m taking this time - before presenting my case about nukes in Yellowstone - to explain to you briefly, how the Lord God has worked with me for over 40 years now. The explanation should illuminate the revelations - so that rather than just having to ‘take my word for it’, you will understand, and have something to go to the Lord with - for his confirmation or rebuttal.
It’s all about how the Lord LEADS us in judgment…
APRIL 6, 1982
I’m shocked to realize it was 41 years already since I was a NYC taxi cab driver, and the Lord led me to save a man’s life… where have 4 decades gone? But that night offers an ideal illustration of how He will work with his disciples and watchmen. Please listen.
In late March, 1982, I was kicked out of the ministry that I’d first found Jesus in. I was in fellowship with them since 1976, had taken their Bible class in 1978, and being for most intents and purposes - an orphan in this world - that ministry for me was ‘family’.
You might imagine then, my shock and chagrin, to be booted out.
At the time I was participating in a leadership training program, but the person, ‘I.W’., in charge of the local ministry - objected to me - as a trainee.. and a person - and one day, following the slightest provocation EX-communicated me from the entire ministry. Could he do that? Well at the time I thought so, and in my youthful naivete, extreme sensitivity, and love for my ministry - I was heartbroken, utterly devastated.
Fast forward a few days, and I was in my taxi, preparing to go to work. I picked up the cab in Queens, NY, and behind the wheel - prayed to God before hitting the streets.
That day, April 6th, 1982, the Lord made it to snow - bigtime. That night, he ‘led me in judgment’.
(The wonderful story was told on film in a terrific documentary by Joe Berlinger - called ‘Outrageous Taxi Stories’. I’m in the film recounting what I’m about to tell you a bit of..)
The storm came out of nowhere! I never saw flakes bigger in my whole life. They were coming down that afternoon the size of bread & butter plates in a restaurant. When I got close to the West Side of Manhattan, I stopped by my apartment and picked up a couple of 50lb sacks of dog food, and positioned them in the trunk of my cab over the rear wheels. Having driven in the Snowstorm Boot camp otherwise known as Syracuse NY, in college, I knew a few tricks for maintaining traction. I had new tires on too.

The ‘Blizzard of the century’ fell on the East Coast that night. MOST of NY City transportation ground to a standstill, which included the subway since the trains travel above ground for part of their routes. People were still out on the street at all hours trying to get home in the blizzard.
Feeling pretty confident with my new tires, rear end traction and considerable snow driving experience, I stayed out rescuing people till four o’clock in the morning. At which point, exhausted, I turned on my ‘Off Duty’ light, and headed for the 59th Street Bridge to Queens. (I still had to drop the car, and get MYSELF home.)
What followed then, is the Lord gave me the privilege of saving a man’s life. 75 year old Walter Rhodes, was totally buried in a snow bank, invisible, dying of hypothermia.
When Jesus SPOKE to me twice that night, he did NOT say to me - ‘Walter Rhodes is buried in the snow bank on the north side of East 36th Street, between 6th & 7th Avenues’. ‘Go save his life’. Nor did he give me a ‘vision’ of the man in trouble. He COULD have done either. I was accustomed to hearing his voice, and even being given visions. Instead the Lord chose to LEAD me to the man.
At the corner of 2nd Avenue, just about to enter the bridge, the Lord pointed out 2 men in the large crowds there by the bridge. As Peter ‘fastened his eyes on the lame man in Acts chapter 3’ - he fastened my eyes on the men, then said ‘Pick them up’.
Frankly, I thought I was getting a blessing! A ‘fare across the bridge to Queens’.. yea! but NOOO! The guys had wrapped their vehicle around a pole in the snow and had to get to work at UPS at 42nd Street and TWELVTH AVENUE! The opposite side of the Island and 17 blocks south..
I dropped them off after an uneventful ride, took their fare - and - still scratching my head - headed east on 42nd Street - again - towards the Bridge.. At 42nd and 8th avenue, the entire scenario repeated itself. The Lord picked a man out of the crowds, and said to me “Pick him up.” So I did.
But - again - why didn’t he just say to me ‘Victoria - go over to 36th street between 6th and 7th avenue and look for a man’s hand sticking out of the snow bank on the northeast corner, and pull him from the snow, he’s dying’. ?
I mean, that’s what he did with the 2 disciples in Matthew 21.. he told them exactly where to go, and what they’d see - ‘a colt, the foal of an ass..’
But don’t forget - In Acts 10, the angel said to Peter, “..behold, 2 men seek thee - GO - doubting nothing…” Peter didn’t find out what was in the offing until he had OBEYED and GONE to Cornelius house - and then he said in shock.. ‘I SEE NOW that the Lord God is no respecter of persons’..
Friend, don’t put God in a box. He can work with a man as He sees fit. And don’t believe someone just because they say ‘I have seen… I have seen’.. Test the spirits; Bring everything to him for rebuttal or approval. Seek out a 2nd or 3rd witness; and thank God - you’ll never be deceived.
The 2nd fare brought me to east 36th Street at 7th Ave. I was exhausted.. All this time I was like Dorothy - just trying to go home. But when Jesus SPEAKS (like the day he told me to Join the Army) - you don’t ask why - you GO. You’ll find out ‘why’.
(Speaking of which, he never told me WHY he was having me to join the US Army either! I obeyed, and he took me on the journey of a lifetime. He honed my prism so that I came to understand the malignancy of US Foreign policy, and a lot more than I can say in this tiny platform. But it has been a matter of learning to be ‘LED in judgement’, though it’s not all at once but .. here a little.. there a little.. )
The ‘leadings’ since becoming a Christian have been relentless. In fact, I can hardly find the time to communicate all that he has led me to understand, because the whole way has been fraught with danger, difficulty, abuse, hardship, tribulation, and persecution - that has whittled away at available time - and at times - energy.
Finally, friend, besides the powerful lesson I learned as a young Christian, that night in 1982, the Lord also taught me one other lesson that has stayed with me a life time… If you have a strong relationship with the Lord, don’t be surprised if it puts you at odds with people. In fact, it’s bound to.
Just make sure that you’re in fellowship with him. If you are, if need be - he’ll even make it snow.
For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
2 Timothy 1:12 (KJV)
I think I’m ready to show you about Yellowstone National Park..
