Somewhere in the deep recesses of Facebook, I have a friend. He/she routinely resurrects posts from the past, that are … invaluable. Whoever they are, they’re very selective.. Facebook has closet Christians,.. no other way to explain it.

Today this video post from my Facebook page, was resurrected from 2 years ago. It’s just a video... 7 minutes and 58 seconds long. In seven minutes and fifty eight seconds, you’ll see why you need to have the Baptism in the holy spirit.

Do you know what that is? The Baptism in the holy spirit?

That was Jesus’ last commandment to his church before he left earth, to go to heaven and sit at the right hand of the Father. Do you think his last commandment was important?

Jesus’ first commandment and his last commandment were the most important he ever issued to his church. And they go hand in hand.

Jesus’ first commandment was.. (do you remember?) ‘REPENT",.. “The Kingdom of God is at hand’. A man must repent to be saved. Because a turning TO HIM - is a turning FROM sin. You can’t have it both ways.

So you’re saved. Great!

Then he says “NOW → get baptized in the holy spirit - be ENDUED with Power from on High.” (Luke 24:49)

THAT is the baptism of fire that first took place on Pentecost, 2000 years ago - and has been happening ever since in the lives of the born again saints who seek it.
