THE BIBLE CLASS LAST WEEK - There were 14 MIRACLES - and then some.

There have been more than 14 miracles since even before the class started!

Whether they are certified miracles (some definitely were) or gifts of God’s grace.. Here they are in a chronological order of events that actually ends in a crescendo of marvels…

1. THE 50 INCH TV SET! (I had only a teensy weentsy TV in the garage that I’ve used for previous classes, but we needed a big one for the larger group), ONE week before we were to start the class, the Lord supplied a 50 inch Plasma set for 50 bucks WITH REMOTE. (My son had the great idea of checking on Facebook marketplace.. The FIRST one listed was it!)

2… THE CLASSROOM became ready miraculously! We looked at using a local church hall for our class, but it would have been too complicated to bring people back and forth. And where our front office is large enough for a classroom, it had been occupied about 2 months with a mural project that Andre was doing for the world famous restaurant ‘Cafe Milano’ in Washington DC.

But he finished it JUST before class was to start, and he was paid JUST when we needed $$ to bring Gladys here from Kenya, (as the crowd funding program did not release the amount we’d collected for yet another week.)

Then we needed a rug for the classroom, to protect the ornate wood floor from the student’s chairs.. and my son had a flash of inspiration - He used his strong arms to lift a very heavy antique brass bed upstairs and remove a rug from under a rug that I’d forgotten ALL about! (Except that the top rug was constantly moving, a phenomena that no one has ever given me a satisfactory explanation for!) He took out the bottom rug and it FILLED the classroom perfectly!! (I didn’t have to buy one).

3. The Tea Kettle – I didn’t have an electric kettle, because when a B&B guest wanted a cup of tea, I would just heat up the whistling kettle on the stove. But I saw this handsome electric Tea Kettle in a store and felt led to buy it. Turns out we used it EVERY DAY and ALL DAY LONG! Gladys from Kenya drinks plain hot water all the time and carries a thermos for the pupose! The kettle was a GODSEND!

4. The 7 Notebooks – Staples had 7 notebooks marked down to 32 cents. JUST FOR US! Haha! We used ALL of them!

5. Nick picking Gladys up at the airport FIVE HOURS AWAY! Nick happened to be in Connecticut when Gladys needed to be picked up at Kennedy Airport – so he brought her home here on time for the start of class!

Plus - EVERYONE got here on time from their respective places, even the local lady in the wheelchair, ‘H’, managed to get here each day! THAT was miraculous! Thank you MONICA!!

6.. We had taken a B&B reservation long before we scheduled this class, so one bedroom was not available to use for the students. I also wondered if it was going to be a problem for me, energy wise, to be making breakfast for B&B guests while having to set up class in the morning and take care of the students. As it turned out though, the couple that came to stay, brought an ANTIQUE CAR to the Syracuse Car Show, and ran out the door early each morning - telling me they would NOT be around for breakfast!!! { :>} )

7. The devil had a hissy fit when this class started. During the week of our class, there were 14 TORNADOES here. A FIRST in all of the years I’ve lived in Syracuse (5 years as an SU student and 7+ years since moving here in 2016). I have NEVER EVER heard of a tornado touching down in this area before.

In NY, a week of turmoil for some, was a week of miracles for others; This is a photo I took of the threatening sky in my community the week of the class. (sorta looks like a bird of prey, doesn’t it?).

But touch down they did! Our local student - H’s - sister’s house, in a nearby town, was damaged! (this sister practices witchcraft).. Her mother’s house, also nearby, was damaged.. 2 churches in those towns were torn apart, 30,000 people were without power – but our class went on UNINTERUPTED by bad weather or a power outage.

8. The 2^nd devilish assault was the internet outage.. Though, it didn’t affect us at all, even though the internet was down here too.. our ‘TV’ program was from DVDs on a DVD player!! NP!

9. HEALED!

On Class Day #1, ‘C’ (who came up from South Carolina with her sister, ‘K’) had all sorts of health issues, including so much pain in her back, she was sitting on a sofa the first day propped with pillows. Also, she didn’t bring her ‘sleeping medication’ with her to class, and was waking up all night long ‘jerking’ and shaking’.. (waking up her sister in the process as they shared one queen sized bed.). and she couldn’t take notes in class as her hands routinely shake so much.. (This has been going on for some years).

I prayed for this student first. By day #2 – ‘C’ was OUT OF PAIN, to where she joined us in a hard chair at the school table, and was taking so many notes with BEAUTIFUL handwriting!.that she wound up needing TWO NOTEBOOKS!

Plus, her sleep improved to where by the 3^rd night, she slept through the night.

10. HEALED

I WAS HEALED - ME TOO - without even having asked!!

I don’t mind to tell you that - earlier this year I started having to wear pads for ‘leakage’! I was unhappy about it, and never bought actual ‘adult pads’., I just bought ‘period pads’ Lol. (Pardon my candor) ..though I’d go through FOUR or more a day.

Well, I didn’t need one the whole week, and haven’t needed them STILL! HAHA. Too cool. (ahem..) Cured WITHOUT even ASKING!

FATIGUE - HEALED!

In the weeks leading up to this class, I was having typical bouts of extreme fatigue just getting READY for the class.. I would nap daily for hours. Consequently, I WAS concerned about getting through this TURBO Bible course - 36 hours of instruction in 5 days..

Well, for the entire 7 days of the presence of the students that came for the class.. I did not have ONE bout of fatigue, and I STILL Haven’t!! (I’m writing this at 1am)

Interestingly, before the students came on Monday, I was busy printing up materials to share, including copies of a book on Chlorine Dioxide (Which we never found the time to look at after all..). At one point, one of the pages from the book, fell from the printer. I picked it up, and saw - it was about ‘extreme fatigue’.

During the class the Lord delivered me of fatigue! Was He showing me with that page,.. that my healing was on his radar?

11. OK.. here’s one of the coolest of the miracles..

By Friday of the week, my dogs – which had been having a good time fellowshipping with all the guests in our now crowded house – were aching for some outdoor activity. Normally, I take them for daily hikes,.. but last week I didn’t have the time. By Friday, I elected after class to do so.

It was still light out, and a beautiful day, so I put them in the car and drove 20 minutes to our favorite 100 ACRE dog park! We usually go there a few times each week, and have a favorite walking trail. THIS TIME however, the Lord led me down a DIFFERENT trail.. (A trail I hardly ever take since the path is rocky and steep, and after rains is usually very muddy. But on Friday I was moved to go there - down the steep path - Sort of like Philip being led SOUTH from Jerusalem in Acts 10...)

The path bottoms out at a riverlet, where the dogs like to wade and get wet. I met a lady who was down there with her 2 dogs.. one was a black & white French Bulldog. I noticed her shoes were black & white (she was wearing a cute black dress.. you never see women in dresses anymore.. It seemed odd that this was her outfit for walking her dogs in a possibly muddy part of a dog park!) So, I quipped that her dog matched her shoes. She laughed and we struck up a conversation..

We wound up talking a LONG time – and I learned about how her boss – a youngish man in his late 40s – nearly died from the covid shots.. which led me to the subject of my Stack, where I post information on how to recover and detox from the shots.. which led us to finally exchange contact information. She wanted to read my Stacks.

When I asked for her name she said ‘Erika Blair’. My mouth fell open. I said (not containing my astonishment) “I KNOW YOU!! YOU CALLED ME WHEN I STILL LIVED IN VIRGINIA AND ASKED ME TO DO CARICATURES AT YOUR PARTY! “

(In 2016 she phoned- asking me to do caricatures at a party- not knowing that I was living in Virginia meanwhile she was living in Syracuse, NY).

She said her party was going to be at a ‘shopping mall’ in Syracuse NY.

I was incredulous.. and told her ‘I’M MOVING to Syracuse!’ How did you know~!?” (She didn’t. She had just found me online..)

I asked her the name of the mall. She answered → ‘Destiny’ !!

Rated 4.4!!! Haha, I can’t escape that number!

I moved to NY but never wound up doing the party, and never wound up meeting her. But - HERE SHE WAS - standing before me! Erika Blair!

She said to me >“GOD wanted us to meet!”

We chatted all the way back up the hill to the parking lot, where, you know how that is, you’re expecting to walk off in separate directions.. (There are 2 parking lots)..

Our cars were side by side!

There’s more to this story but I’ll wrap it by saying she’s going to join me with the local students from the Bible class- H and M, here in my house for Bible fellowships!

12. FAITH WORKS!

Even before they came to the class, 2 ladies from South Carolina were reading my Substack, and began putting the lessons into practice! I’ll tell one story, (I’m sure ‘K’ will share the other).. They were at the airport trying to get here last week, and the plane was delayed.. and delayed.. so finally ‘K’ commanded it to ‘show up in the name of Jesus Christ’. A minute later they were called to “BOARD’!

Haha! Then on the SUNDAY, they were supposed to fly home -But the Lord had other plans! They had a Sunday morning flight, but the night before, they got a text from the airlines – saying their flight was delayed until MONDAY afternoon! So, we got another 2 days to hang out, and - watch what happened!..

My house has been on the market for a few years now.. My realtor called on Sunday and asked us to show the house to an interested buyer who was visiting from overseas.. With the help of my ‘guests’, I not only managed to get the house cleaned and put back together.. but when the potential buyer came.. there were my ‘guests’ raving about the house! Haha! ‘K’ even showed them the Butler Pantry!

The potential buyer wound up staying TWO HOURS and is not only interested in the house, but in all the FURNITURE! (more on this as it develops.)

13. I WAS ARRESTED

Do you remember I was arrested? Well, my court case was last Thursday, July 18^th, at 5pm in town, while the Bible class was ongoing. I left the class in the hands of an assistant, and went to court & MULTIPLE MIRACLES HAPPENED…

I WAS NOT COLD!

VIZ: For about 30 years I have had depleted adrenal glands and hypothyroid symptoms, where I get tired easily and then shiver for the cold; Cold hands and feet too - to boot. In fact, In 1994 I was in the Pentagon - in a corridor that had no heat, waiting to be led into a room to be evaluated for an award.. Even in my class A uniform, I was so cold I was physically shaking. I stood in front of the evaluator.. shaking. He probably thought I was nervous! I did not get the award.. (True Story :>{ )

Last Thursday night, the 3^rd night of the Bible class, while sitting in that courtroom, I noticed 2 things – the courtroom was freezing cold, but I was not! I even removed the sweater I’d brought with me. I felt fine. That was amazing to me!

That was when I realized that I had enjoyed normal body temperatures all week long, sitting in my own house in the air conditioned school room where 2 of the ladies had sweaters on, and blankets on their laps! (One of them takes Thyroid medication)..

That was also when I realized that I had not had a single bout of extreme fatigue- the entire labor intensive week!

THEN my name was called and I went to stand before the judge.

CASE DISMISSED

I’d been sitting comfortably in the courtroom from 5pm till 7:30pm when they finally called me up to the front. The room was empty at that point of all other cases. I found out why..

The judge was fidgeting. He fell all over himself finding a legal precedent to do so, discussing it with my ‘court appointed lawyer’ (I came without a lawyer – save Jesus).. then explained to me in laymen terms why he was DISMISSING my case. !! ‘Misdemeanor’ - possible jail sentence.. NAH.. NADA.. CASE DISMISSED!!

The judge also brought up the traffic ticket for my ‘wrongly parked car’ (It was a double whammy, they wouldn’t let me move it before arresting me, and since I was being arrested they towed it with the Toyota.. so the Honda was ticketed, and BOTH cars were towed.) The judge asked if I would plead guilty and just pay the parking ticket. I said ‘No. ‘Not Guilty sir’. (I expect that to be dismissed too).

Coincidentally, I came across a verse ealier that same day:

‘Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?’ James 2:6

In fact, the day of ‘man’s judgment’ is drawing to a close; I like the verse that says,

‘Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world?’ I Corinthians 6:2

My guess is they saved my case for last, so no one would hear the uneasy discussion the judge had with my court appointed lawyer about dismissing my case. Though, I was not the least bit surprised that it was dismissed - because I have the best lawyer in the world!

YOU SEE!! I TOLD YOU!! PEOPLE WERE SAYING - TAKE THE STORY DOWN OFF OF SOCIAL MEDIA!! I said, heck., my lawyer will get me off. Jesus the Christ.

AND I WANNA TELL YOU.. I WAS SO BUSY PREPARING FOR THIS CLASS - I DIDN’T GIVE THE PENDING COURT DATE A MOMENT’S THOUGHT. I DIDN’T BRING A LAWYER FOR THE MISDEMEANOR CHARGE. I KNEW MY LAWYER WAS WORKING ON IT FOR ME!.. AND IN FACT, I DIDN’T HAVE TO SAY A WORD TO THE JUDGE, THEY HAD ALREADY DECIDED MY CASE!!

14. OK Last, but BEST…

On Saturday night ‘K’ and her sister ‘C’ were discussing something that was important in their family, and wondered about what the Bible says about it. So one sister said to the other.. ‘Let’s ask Victoria’.. To which the other replied.. (remember they’re graduates now).. “No! Let’s ask the Lord!” HAHA! So they went to the Bible, and lo and behold, the holy spirit took them STRAIGHT to the place in the Scriptures that specifically answered their question!!!
