The rare discussion took place at the Russian-born IT entrepreneur’s office in Dubai, and was released on Wednesday. Carlson asked Durov to give an example of a request to build backdoors into Telegram that crossed into censorship, and could be considered spying, or violating people’s privacy. The messaging app claims to have over 900 million active users.

“There was a funny story related to your home country,” the tech entrepreneur replied. “After the events of January 6, we received a letter from, I believe, a congressman from the Democratic side, and they requested that we share all the data that we have in relation to what they called ‘that uprising.”

On January 6, 2021, a mob loyal to then-US President Donald Trump stormed the US Capitol and forced lawmakers into hiding in an attempt to prevent Congress from formalizing Joe Biden’s victory in the presidential election.

Durov said his team checked the letter and it “seemed very serious,” essentially saying: “if you fail to comply with this request, you will be in violation with the US Constitution.”

NOT an American citizen.. hello!) you may understand the exquisite irony - as well as the no small hypocrisy- (which is, after all, what American politicians excel at.)

Huh?..

US Attorney Todd Calendar, and his team at Project Proper Oath - found that not a single member of this current US presidential cabinet, has a valid ‘oath of office’.

TO BE CLEAR; An ‘Oath of Office’ is not the swearing in Ceremony that even I did in the US Military as a soldier. For an individual APPOINTED TO AN OFFICE OF HONOR OR PROFIT IN THE CIVIL or UNIFORMED SERVICES.. THEY NEED TO TAKE AN OATH, AND HAVE AN AFIDAVIT OF IT ON FILE and NOTARIZED.

A SWATH of our government chief officers have - in violation of the 3331 Oath of office, FAILED or DECLINED to do that.

That is to say, the people running this country, right up to including the 2nd highest post in the land (held ostensibly by Kamala Harris), the VICE PRESIDENT - have declined to take their OATH of Office, in which they swear to uphold the US Constitution.!

The video did not say if Attorney Calendar had also submitted a FOIA request to find out just how many Congressmen and women have a valid Oath of Office. ESPECIALLY Democrats..! THAT would be an interesting statistic to see!~

NEWS FLASH - This means the country is being run by people who REFUSE to uphold the Constitution.

THAT SAID, is it not just a small bit odd, to demand from a Dubai citizen, his cooperation with spying on the American people (which in fact the US Constitution actually protects us against) by using the US Consitution as an erstwhile pretext?

Durov is no durak; to the best of my knowledge, he has so far resisted the Democratic congressman’s demands.
