LIFE IN A GRAVEYARD
Donald Trump had this to say about the slaughter of the Gaza and the Palestinians:
Gaza is a massive demolition site..
It’s gotta be rebuilt in a different way..
It’s a phenomenal location.. on the sea..
Everythings good.. some beautiful things could be done with it.
You certainly can’t have the people that were there…
Most of them are dead.
So, the real estate magnate in-chief sees no pathos, only the enormous pecuniary potential of the graveyard of the Gazan Palestinians.
It’s a graveyard. That’s all it is. That’s all it will ever be.
I daresay, anyone who tries to rebuild on it, for anyone except its indigenous people will face insurmountable problems.
And anyone who would live there, will never have peace.
Mark my words.
I'm at a loss for words. Disturbing only begins to describe it. This doesn't line up with what I sense of the man. It's not my place to judge and for now these are only words. Time will tell. I often find myself asking "What would Virginia do?" So I think I'll pray.
