The inclination of the rational mind is to pooh pooh what seems to be farfetched. Thus, people who read about tomorrow’s FEMA test, may shrug at the warnings to block out their phones. These are the same people that think 11 hijackers flew planes into 2 buildings, bringing down 3, downtown Manhattan in 2001, and that a virus jumped from a bat in Wuhan China..

What did FEMA say they were going to do October 4th, 2023 at 2:20pm EST?

Test Messages Will be Sent to All TVs, Radios and Cell Phones at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 4. The WEA portion of the test will be directed to all consumer cell phones. This will be the third nationwide test, but the second test to all cellular devices.
Beginning at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET, cell towers will broadcast the test for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, WEA-compatible wireless phones that are switched on, within range of an active cell tower, and whose wireless provider participates in WEA, should be capable of receiving the test message. The message that appears on their phones will read: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”
Ironically, most people will believe FEMA that this is just a ‘test’ of their ‘emergency broadcast system’.
